ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT?
  • Excess Weight – Please do not put loads of concrete, rock or dirt mixed in with C&D trash to avoid extra fees

  • Unauthorized movement of the dumpster

  • Tires, appliances w/ freon mixed in with trash, hazardous material, or liquids.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT WHEN MY DUMPSTER ARRIVES?

No, as long as we have clear directions as to where you want us to place it.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO WE PROCEED?

A 24-hour notice is required. If your notification is not received in advance of 24 hours, there is a $100 cancellation fee.

HOW LONG MAY I KEEP MY DUMPSTER?

We have a 7-day period with each dumpster. Beyond that, there’s a $25/day per diem use charge, up to an additional 7 days after which we will rent at full price.
